Registration is mandatory for all participants.
Registration fee is inclusive of GST @ 18%, as applicable.
Registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, trade exhibition, conference lunches, inaugural dinner, banquet & the conference kit.
The amount mentioned above does not include any travel, accommodation, airport transfers or insurance cost.
Conference kits for on-spot registration is subject to availability and on first come first serve basis.
PG Students are required to submit a letter from HOD.
Children above 5 years of age have to be registered as accompanying persons.
Children below 5 years of age have to be registered (free of charge) for logistics and security reasons.
Kindly note that no NEFT/ RTGS & Cheque payment will be processed until details of the registrant is shared with payment details in the prescribed registration form either hard copy or soft copy.
Special Single day registration includes scientific sessions, trade exhibition, conference lunche sfor the particular date.
Organizing Committee shall not liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.
Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation should be made in writing and sent to Conference email id - email@example.com.
All Cancellation received on or before 30th June, 2020 will be entitled for 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
All Cancellation received from 01st July, 2020 to 31st August, 2020 will be entitled for 25% refund of the registration amount paid.
No cancellation/ refund for Pre-conference workshop course.
No refund for cancellation made after 31st August, 2020.
All refunds will be processed after 30 days from completion of the conference.
